CLASS DESCRIPTION

Understand the tools that are available and "what tool does what", so that you can work effectively.

Learn to make a variety of various findings which are essential skills when creating hand-made jewellery. You will work with copper and Artistic Wire during this class, this is ideal when learning. Once you have mastered the technique you can then move onto working with Sterling and Argentium Silver wire in your own time.

At the end of the class you will leave with a good understanding of how to continue making your own findings, and how to incorporate adding beads into your design.

" I have struggled with using pliers and getting the perfect loop for ages, a few hours in this class changed everything, I was holding them incorrectly and all it took was the guidance of your very patient teacher. I wish I had done this years ago, thanks." Bea Gilly

"Another useful class at SJS, you guys are full of them. I am enjoying seeing all the pieces of my work improve as I learn new ways to do things. This class was super useful for me and learning how to make my own clasps was great." Jessica Sprey
