LOCKER SPACE

Does the thought of packing everything up and taking it home with you fill you with dread? SJS has provided a limited number of lockers for rent. This will allow you to quickly put your work away until you return to complete your task.

Lockers are available at $10 per week.

Whilst the studio is open 7 days, we do have classes and access is unavailable during this time.

SJS ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

SJS offers students an annual membership (perfect gift for someone special!). Your annual membership fee is $175 which entitles members to:- 

* 10% discount on purchases with Eclectic Studio*
* 5% discount on classes conducted at SJS ( excludes overseas artists ) 
* Priority Early Notification of Visiting Artits Classes and new regular classes. 
* 24 hours of studio time. ( 2 hours per month ) valued at $200

* A Handy SJS Calico bag valued at $15

DEDICATED STUDIO SPACE – long term rental.

The studio has a lovely separate room, lockable, with beautiful natural light from windows on two sides available for rent. 3.5 x 3 meters with one bench.

This is available on a minimum 4 month rental, includes access to all equipment, electricity and gas. A bond is required. This room would comfortably house two people.

1 occupant - $495 pcm
2 occupants - $650 pcm

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that whilst the studio will have a resident on premises at all times, they are not available to assist you with the use of equipment. Participants must have conducted a class in the use of a particular piece of equipment they wish to use or demonstrate their knowledge or skill level.

Studio Access Rental does NOT include consumerables such as etching fluids, drill bits, flex shaft accessories, saw blades or any material needed to complete your work.

Should you require supplies these may be purchased online in advance from our supply business – www.eclecticstudio.com.au - 24 hours notice is required and your order will then be available for you to collect at the studio.

NB. No materals or supplies are housed at the studio and can not be purchased on the day.

LIBRARY SERVICE

SJS has over 350 books and DVD's available to our students, covering all forms of multi media art forms, jewellery making, both practical and inspirational.

Annual Membership for access to the library is $50 and you may borrow a maximum of three books at any one time and retain these for a 1 week period.

SJS has a wide variety of Digital kilns available and we are happy to fire your work for you.

* Please note that firings with the Evenheat Rampmaster Ceramic Kiln are only done on weekends.

* Half Load Firings will be conducted when we have sufficient items to create a full load. If you require your items to be fired immediately, notice must be given 24 hours in advance and the full load price is applicable.
